Florida SHOTS H1N1 Enrollment

Organizations interested in administering the H1N1 vaccine are required by law to first register for a Florida SHOTS account.

Florida SHOTS is the designated ordering mechanism for the H1N1 vaccine. Once you have enrolled in the registry, you will be able to begin receiving and distributing the vaccine by becoming an H1N1 provider. To get started:

  • Register with Florida SHOTS: Enrollment is fast, free and you can get started online.
  • Register to become an H1N1 provider: Log into your Florida SHOTS account and follow the directions for full registration as an H1N1 provider.
