FLORIDA SHOTS ENROLLMENT IS REQUIRED TO ORDER H1N1 VACCINE.
Full registration for applicants interested in being H1N1 providers is limited to organizations with a current Florida SHOTS account. If you already have a Florida SHOTS account, full registration as an H1N1 provider is now available. Please log onto your Florida SHOTS account and follow the directions for full registration as an H1N1 provider.
